About comma power
comma power connects the car harness to your vehicle's OBD-II port. It is optional and can be added after your device is installed.
With a comma power:
- The start and end of every drive are recorded.
- Your comma four remains powered and online while the car is off.
- Your comma four downloads updates while the car is off.
- Your comma four uploads drives to comma connect while the car is off.
Install comma power
Connect one end to your car's OBD-II port and the other to the harness box. That's it!
Troubleshooting
If your device is not receiving power, check that both connections are fully seated. If it still isn't working, open a support ticket.
