prime and prime lite subscriptions are tied to a specific device and cannot be transferred.
Pair your device with comma connect
Choose and activate a plan
- Sign in to comma connect.
- Select your paired device.
- Open the settings menu and select Prime Settings.
- Choose prime or prime lite and follow the checkout instructions.
prime includes cellular service in the United States and Puerto Rico. prime lite does not include cellular service, but you can connect over Wi-Fi or configure your own active SIM card.
Do you have a brand new device?
A new comma four includes one free month of prime. Activate the offer from Prime Settings in comma connect. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at $24 per month.
International customers can subscribe to prime lite. Included prime cellular data is only available in the United States and Puerto Rico.
commacare eligibility
To receive commacare, activate prime or prime lite within 30 days of receiving your comma four and keep the subscription active. Canceling ends commacare immediately, and the coverage cannot be resumed by subscribing again.
