You can switch your comma device between the prime and prime lite plans.
Switch plans
- Sign in to comma connect.
- Select your paired device.
- Open the settings menu and select Prime Settings.
- Select "Switch to ___ plan".
- Confirm the switch.
- Leave your device connected to the internet for at least an hour for the change to take effect.
Cancellation is prorated and takes effect on the same day.
